An AbilityOne provider

Post Masters received its first contract through Ability One in 2009 when we were selected to manage mail operations at Whiteman Air Force Base in Sedalia, Missouri. Since then, six additional contracts have been awarded to Post Masters through the Ability One program, a Federal initiative to help people with disabilities find employment by working Nonprofit Agencies that sell products and services to the U.S. government.


Below is a list of current projects Post Masters fulfills through the Ability One program:

  • Manage Mailing operations for Whiteman Air Force Base
  • Insert and presort (barcode and sort) all outgoing mail for the Defense, Finance, Accounting Services (DFAS), Cleveland, Ohio, totaling more the 6 million envelopes annually
  • Presort (barcode and sort) all outgoing mail that includes both letter size and flat mail for the Defense, Accounting and Finance Services (DFAS), Indianapolis, Indiana. The estimated volume of letter mail is approximately 1 million pieces annually and flats are 350,000 annually
  • Printing and mailing of financial documents for the USDA’s National Finance Center, New Orleans, LA
  • Manage mail operations (PSC) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH
  • Printing calendars for GSA
  • Manage mail operations for Kennedy Space Center, FL
